Being a vegetarian, a number of recipes are meat based so I didn’t want to use them. But I was really happy to have the yeast free bread recipes and the pizza dough, homemade mayo, potato pancakes (yum, yum). I am very happy to have this cookbook in my cookbook collection and think it helps a great deal in understanding the do’s and don’ts of a yeast free diet.
